DUI or drinking under the influence of any substance like alcohol or drugs is a serious criminal offense in many states. It is also considered a serious health hazard and causes numerous traffic accidents, personal injuries and even death. Studies revealed that 39% of vehicle-related fatalities annually are caused by DUI offenses and it continues to threaten many individuals with being hurt or killed.

Traffic tickets can be more than just a major headache for people. They create what can become an ongoing expense. Tickets which are not paid on time, or at all will cause even more fees for interest as well as late fines. This just scratches the surface of the difficulties that may follow.

Napanee traffic tickets are expensive, not just once, but over and over again. The cost of the ticket itself can be hundreds of dollars, and unpaid tickets will continue to accrue interest charges and penalties. This is merely the beginning of the financial difficulties that people may end up facing.

There are a lot of reasons that police officers will pull over a driver. There is usually a safety issue involved. These can include unsafe driving, not having current registration, and damage to a vehicle. If a police officer decides to, he or she may give the offending driver a ticket. There are laws that the citizen must abide that go along with these tickets.
